site visit to 45 leedon park.
a S$4.5 million house; the total cost of
reconstruction, renovations and landscaping =
SGD25 million.

we're more focused on the
detailing part, how they do the finishes
and edges of the materials and elements there. glad that the canadian
couple allowed the whole class to
roam around the house from the
basement up to the roof.
- the basement is extremely
cool with facilities such as a gym, a sort
of a karaoke lounge with a small bar area and the maid's room.
- the 1st floor is obviously the main entrance to the house, a really
huge living room with hanging lighting elements and a
BIG(i mean it!)
sea aquarium. the kitchen is bigger than my whole house total floor area
and a hang-out area at the back of the house also. o.O
- the 2nd floor is all bedrooms. master bedroom plus another 3-4 bedrooms
all with attached toilets. they also have small balcony areas.
- the 3rd floor is the green roof with lawn grass, trees and various plantings.
drainage system is very well-planned also. it's so
spacious that we could have
a mini soccer kickout there. hahaha.
- must say it's a really
awesome house; has a lift that serves from basement
to the roof i think, has a pool and bbq pits and a small spill out area at the
back of the house. i could never live in this UNLESS
miracle happens. >.<
haha went to celebrate suyi's birthday at seoul gardens, didn't really ''
sweep''
much food this time round. afterwhich some of us left and went home.
