we still can improve as a team and i'm always the one only
scoring goals. o.O

that's all for the day, headed home to nap and continue

OWNED by sushi yesterday. HAHAHA.

well today i woke up very late, headed to the studio
and saw the usual people playing L4D. oh man, spent
the whole afternoon, not even a proper plan out! STUCK!

c'mon. ideas, drill them into my brain please.

went for 2.4km run and clocked a better timing. YAY.
11mins 30secs, good ya. and i shall continue to improve.
okay currently still thinking of forms and shapes, ideas
that can spark off something out on the plan.

i feel so dead now! =(

heading to school probably for another 2.4km run; doing
shuttle runs and play badminton with dla peeps. SEEYA!

things certainly have to change.

gem class this morning, we did the coloring of our
cartoon characters on photoshop. yup next week deadline.
oh so many stuff to do NOW. arrrrgh.

went for 2.4km run despite the rain stopped, today's timing was
slower than yesterday's. i thought it's gonna be quicker because
i've maintained and keep up the pace of seok ching's.
in the last two laps, i kinda slowed down abit and saw her getting further.

boo!

just a mere 4 seconds SLOWER. =(

anyway, started thinking for my focus design area but still lacking of
ideas. sigh. THINK HARDER, JON!

okay, really exhausted after the ran. i shall turn in early ya. nights.

2 hours of sleep to get me through the school day
plus 2.4km run after school. yup 2nd week of term 2
and still classmates are leaving early and VERY unclear
on the next part of the project.

well, i don't know which side should be blamed for this.
crap. o.O

clocked in a timing of 11mins 55 secs today; really pushed
myself to the limit, i've easily given up on the 6th lap, walked
for about 20secs and then a run to the finish.

could have clocked in a better timing. after the ran, felt so giddy
again! :(

headed home after that. dead beat and i wanna go sleep NOW!
but my hair is wet, just showered.
gonna go 2.4km run tomorrow, hopefully better and good timing
this time round. JUST GONNA PUSH ALL THE WAY. =D

okay, bye. tomorrow then i do the ice thingy lah. HAHAHA.

URGH! missed the GOOD thing this morning.

initially woke up early; sleep back, and then oops i overslept.
yups, so i meet up the rest after their scolarship thingy at
orchard.

i guess haven't been to orchard like for sooooooo long. LOST!
can't wait for ion orchard to be opened. hahaha.

5 guys went window shopping, had lunch and it was a great
and tiring day, don't know why am i so tired after lunch. o.O

anyway, should start running next monday.
oh no FATS FATS FATS. tsk tsk.

decided not to dye a darker tone, could be expensive dyeing
my hair there and didn't even have to pay anything after that.

yo back!

couldn't upload photos up to blogger the usual way, so somehow i
did found a way to put them up. yup i got so fed up also, internet
pages loaded so slowly, took me like a minute to load into my own blog.

last week photos:

okay, yesterday some of us went for 2.4km run @ the sports complex.
test of timing again, it was worse than last week's, clocked in at
12mins 20secs and it's like the end of edge for grade D (12.00-<12.20).

boo! seriously, i'm already past my peak. o.O
i still can manage like 10mins for 2.4km in my sec school days,
but not now already. DANG!

we also did 4x10m shuttle runs, well i did get under 10.4secs,
but i still can improve far more than this. amongst them, i was the quickest.
hey guys, IMPROVE on timings please. hahaha. =D

went for 100m dash challenge with allan and pengfeng. that was crazy.
think when i finished, i was unwell already. crap.
after the puke i felt much more better, it was so horrible. =X

yesterday's gem class only 4 of us plus another guy and that's all.

hahaha, seems like everyone is REALLY slacking in class.
no mood, no motivation, no nothing; how to start working on the

just like any other day, had the day to rest and slack.

went for dinner with my family. i love it. =D
